Pick your favourite three for us to bring to your event…

  • Tunnel Mountain

As this dish is named after our favourite Canadian mountain, we thought it only right that it be our favourite Canadian dish, a classic Poutine. Put simply in it's skin on fries with plenty of squeaky cheese curds, then smothered in our homemade vegan gravy (we promise you can't tell) and topped with a bit of parsley so you don't feel too unhealthy. Comfort food at it's best.

  • Scafell Pike

Named after England's tallest mountain we thought it had to be smothered in our national dish, the Tikka Masala. A rich homemade tikka masala sauce with chunks of Indian paneer cheese, loaded onto some skin on fries, topped with fresh coriander, mango chutney and crispy masala onions.

The Scafell Pike has proven time and time again to be our most popular dish but you’ll just have to try it to find out!

  • Mount Fuji

This dish combines some classic Japanese flavours into a delicious combo that will have you coming back for seconds...and thirds...and fourths...and...you get the picture, it's Summit very Tasty. Nori seasoned skin on fries topped with miso mayonnaise, sweet and tangy okonomi sauce, wasabi sesame seeds, pickled ginger and some fresh spring onions.

    Currently Michelle’s favourite dish!

  • Mont Blanc

    Mont Blanc

One of the most iconic mountains of Europe had to have it's own dish and seeing it's location in France we thought cheese, cheese and more cheese... Fries layered with a herby bechemel and emmental, topped with crispy facon (fake bacon), sliced cornichons, a wedge of camembert, crispy garlic and a sprinkle of parsley.

  • Monte Mauro

Inspired by our trips over to see Chelle’s brother and his wife in Italy and the countless trips while there to the supermarket to buy some truffle to bring back home, we had to finally share it with everyone!

Rosemary salted skin on fries covered in parmesan and our truffle mayo. Topped with pickled shallots, crispy quinoa and sprinkled with dried mushroom crumb and parsley!

  • Mount Olympus

Oregano dusted skin on fries drizzled in a spicy feta sauce with a generous dollop of fresh tzatziki, sliced black olives, plum tomatoes and red onions… takes us straight back to Greece!

  • Mount Rushmore

Skin on fries smothered in melted cheddar sauce, drizzled with burger sauce and topped with crispy onions, facon bits, chopped gherkins and a sprinkle of chives.

  • Blue Mountain

Blue Mountain nestled in the state of New York is close to where the one and only Buffalo wings were once created. Inspired by this ever popular zingy hot sauce we have created our own and loaded it on to our skin on fries! Paired with the usual accoutrements, blue cheese dressing and sliced celery with some pink pickled onions and chives added just for fun!

  • Sierra Madre

The Sierra Madre is an absolute beast of a dish being essentially two meals combined into one, so we thought why not name it after an entire mountain range?

Our secret recipe spicy veggie chilli is paired with cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapenos and some coriander for a little bit of freshness.

  • Mount Nakiyama

Another dish inspired by our time in Japan, this one is named after one of the mountains near where we lived, we loved a good katsu curry after a day on the hill and we obviously thought why not put it on chips!

Skin on fries topped with a rich homemade katsu curry, plant-based chicken chunks, tangy pickled Carrots, crunchy edamame beans, crispy panko breadcrumbs and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.

  • Dorking Downs

Infused with cider our slow cooked pulled BBQ jackfruit sauce is so good you won’t even care that it’s vegetarian. We then layer it with cheddar cheese, chopped gherkins and jalapenos for a spicy little kick.

Although it may not be named after a “mountain” as such, we promise this dish is still very much worth summitting.

  • Gran Paradiso

A lesser known peak but no less impressive, Gran Paradiso sits just behind Mont Blanc as the second tallest mountain in Italy but we'd argue it's the tastiest!

Layered with our homemade marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella, pesto, black olives, veggie pepperoni and fresh basil.

  • Carrauntoohil Peak

Our tribute to St.Patricks day, this Irish inspired dish features skin on fries loaded with a rich Guinness and vegetable stew, topped with crispy garlic kale and facon bits.

  • Ben Nevis

Born to honour Robert Burns and named after Scotlands highest peak, the Ben Nevis features our homemade veggie Haggis, whiskey pepper-cream sauce and topped with shredded crispy turnips. Our nod to the famous Haggis, neeps and tatties!

  • Cheddar Gorge

Our take on a ploughman's and all things cheesy, this loaded fries comes smothered in melted cheddar, pickled pink onions, dollops of apple and ale chutney, then topped with some fresh apple and celery so it feels more like a salad!

  • Mount Apo

Summit Tasty’s take on a Filipino Sisig, this dish comes topped with fresh peppers, red onion and spicy soy chunks, covered in a zesty lime mayo, spring onions and rice paper crackers. If you’re really hungry you can even add a fried egg on top!

  • Huangshan Mountain

    Huangshan Mountain

This dish was inspired by Chelle’s travels to China with Alice and their time exploring the Yellow mountains while they were there.

Taking some classic takeaway flavours we’ve got salt and pepper Chinese style fries, topped with a sweet and sticky sour sauce, our homemade seitan, fresh crunchy peppers and pineapple. A new contender for Chelle’s favourite…

Our breakfast inspired dishes for anytime of the day…

  • First Lifts

Designed to get anyone on to the first ski lift of the day, or just out of bed on a cold morning! Crispy hash browns loaded up with cheddar cheese, baked beans with veggie sausages in, facon bits, optional egg and finished off with chives... The breakfast of champions!

  • Sunrise Summit

Unlike the First Lifts this one at least pretends to be healthy and might even encourage you to go for that sunrise hike!

Our skin in fries drizzled in our avocado and hollandaise mayos, sprinkled with red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta and chives.

  • Atlas Mountain

Another one of our breakfast dishes, inspired by the well know shakshuka, our smokey Mediterranean sauce smothered over a fried egg, topped with lots of crumbly feta, fresh coriander and parsley.

Our seasonal dishes…

  • Summit Sompting

A dish we've created for our month long residency at Sompting pumpkin patch, even made with pumkins we picked from their fields! You can't get any more local than that!

A herby pumpkin sauce layered over cheddar cheese and our skin on fries, topped with rounds of goats cheese, caramelised onion chutney, toasted pumpkin seeds and a sprinkle of parsley.

  • Festive Fries

Taking us back to when we first met un St. Anton these loaded fries are inspired by the festive season, keeping you cosy in the winter chill!

Skin on fries topped with grated cheddar our classic homemade gravy with veggie sausage bites, loaded up with a toasted seed stuffing, cranberry sauce and finished off with crispy facon bits and parsley.
