Our Story

Summit Tasty was born from six years of adventure, as Elliot and Michelle traveled the world together—going from peak to peak, exploring new countries, and discovering incredible food along the way. Every place we visited, every dish we tasted, and every person we met shaped our love for food and the idea of sharing it with others.

Back in the UK, after one particularly soul-crushing job and the unexpected sight of an old burger van parked outside our newly bought house, we had a lightbulb moment: Why not take a shot at something we truly love? And just like that, the idea of our own food van was born.

Enter UNE...

What started as a dusty, well-worn builder’s van became something truly special after months of hard work (and more than a few stressful nights). Summit Tasty is now our way of bringing flavors from around the world to you—serving up delicious, globally inspired loaded fries while finally living out our dream of running a food business.

But for us, it’s not just about great food—it’s about doing things the right way. That’s why every dish we create is 100% vegetarian, with a strong focus on vegan options, to help reduce our carbon footprint. We also use only compostable packaging and recycle all possible waste from the van.
